What are the benefits of using TURNS?
Technicians will be able to walk the customer through the entire loan application process, all within ServiceTitan Mobile.
When customers apply for financing through ServiceTitan Mobile, they will get a loan decision from TURNS in seconds.
Eligible customers will be able to accept their approved loan immediately.
If the customer is approved, the technician will be able to record payment immediately using the TURNS Financing payment type.
Set up TURNS Financing in ServiceTitan
Once you have TURNS enabled for your account:
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
. In the side panel, go to Integrations > Financing.
Click Turns Accounts.
Click Add Account.
Enter the Contractor ID.
Select Excluded Business Units from the dropdown.
When finished, click Save.
