Overview
Now that you have configured your Marketing Pro settings and created your audiences, you can create your email templates. You'll use email templates to quickly add content to your email campaigns.
Marketing Pro provides email templates ready to use. You can use these templates as is, customize them for your business, or create new email templates from scratch. When creating your email templates, keep the audiences you created in the previous step in mind.
Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content
This article is for Marketing Pro. If you are using Marketing Pro v2, see Launch campaigns from the Autopilot Library for content specific to your experience.
You can check your version following these steps:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

Things to know
Add merge tags to your content to personalize the email experience for your customers.
You can't edit the email templates made by ServiceTitan, but you can edit a cloned ServiceTitan email template.
Email templates created and shared with you in the last 30 days have a New tag.
Step 1: View available email templates
Go to the top toolbar and click Marketing
.On the Marketing screen, click Email Templates.
Use the Filters to view the templates available for your marketing campaigns.

If one of these templates fits your needs, you can proceed to Marketing Pro Onboarding Part 4: Create marketing campaigns. Otherwise, go to the next step.
Step 2: Customize a ServiceTitan template
This step is optional. You can skip to the next step if you don't need to customize a ServiceTitan template.
Go to the top toolbar and click Marketing
.On the Marketing screen, click Email Templates.
Hover over the ServiceTitan email template you want to customize and click Clone.
Enter a Name and select a Campaign Type for the email template.

Click Continue.
On the Configure Email Template screen that opens, customize the email content.

When finished, click Save.
Step 3: Create a new email template
This step is optional. You can proceed to Marketing Pro Onboarding Part 4: Create marketing campaigns if you don't need to create a new email template.
Go to the top toolbar and click Marketing
.On the Marketing screen, click Email Templates.
On the Email Templates screen, click Create new.

Add a Name for the new email template.
Select a Campaign Type and click Continue.

On the Configure Email Template screen that opens, add your email content:
Tip: On the Configure Email Template screen, there are different link types and merge tags that you can insert into your email to further customize it.
Use the Content, Rows, and Settings tabs to drag and drop the content to the white space.
Organize the elements as you go.

To preview your template, click the Actions dropdown and select Preview. The Preview mode screen opens.
Note: You can select between the Desktop or Mobile view.
When finished, click Save.
Now that you have your email templates, you can proceed to Marketing Pro Onboarding Part 4: Create marketing campaigns.
