Overview
Customize and manage email templates to use with the Marketing Pro email campaign builder. You can create your own templates or use templates made by ServiceTitan. You can also request a template if the available options don't meet your needs.
Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content
This article is for Marketing Pro. If you are using Marketing Pro v2, see Manage Marketing Pro email templates for content specific to your experience.
You can check your version following these steps:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

To get started with Marketing Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).
Account configuration is required to use Marketing Pro email templates. Please contact Technical Support for details.
Things to know
Email templates can be archived, unarchived, and cloned from the Email Templates screen. For more, see Manage Marketing Pro functions.
You can't edit the email templates made by ServiceTitan, but you can edit a cloned ServiceTitan email template.
You can use the email templates created by ServiceTitan and by you with all your email campaigns.
Overview of the Email Templates dashboard
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.On the Marketing screen, click Email Templates.

On the Email Templates screen, you can:
Filter templates: Use Filters to change the templates you see. You can filter by:
Created by: Show templates created by you, ServiceTitan, or both.
Featured: Show templates you've marked as a favorite, are new, or have been used in recent campaigns.
Tags: Show templates you've tagged.
Campaign type: Show templates by the campaign type. Campaign types include unsold estimates, idle accounts, expiring memberships, and others. For more on campaign types, see Create email campaigns.
Trades: Show templates for one or more trades.
Search templates: By name, who created it, campaign type, or trade.
Sort templates: By most recent, alphabetical, or most used template.
Request a template: If there aren't any email templates available for your chosen filters or search, a link will appear allowing you to request a new email template that fits your needs.
Create email templates
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.On the Marketing screen, click Email Templates.
Click Create new to add a new email template. For more, see Create email templates.

View email templates
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.On the Marketing screen, click Email Templates.
Click the View icon to change between Card and List View modes.

Edit a template
Hover over a template to see the main actions you can take. Depending on the status of the email template, you can edit, preview, clone, or archive a template. You can also add an email template to your favorites list.
In Email Templates, find the template you want and click Edit. The Configure Email Template screen opens.
Note: For card view mode, hover over the template to see the Edit button, then click Edit.
Edit your content as needed. When finished, click Save.

Preview an email template
To preview the template details, find the template you want and click Preview.
Note: For card view mode, hover over the template and click Preview.
Preview the email template on desktop and mobile
Click Edit.
On the Configure Email Template screen that opens, click the Actions dropdown then select Preview. The Preview mode screen opens.
Note: You can choose between Desktop or Mobile view.

Add a template to favorites
On the Email Templates screen, click the Add to Favorites
icon to add a template to your favorites.
Note: For card view mode, hover over the template to see the Add to Favorites
option.

Request a template
If your filters and search yield no template results, you can send a request to have one made by the pros at ServiceTitan.
Search and filter for a template that matches what you are looking for.
If your search and filters don't populate any relevant templates, request one by clicking Let us know.

Describe the goals you have for the template. Optionally, add an example image.

When finished, click Submit.
The new template will be available in the templates catalog as soon as our team builds it.
View, clone, archive, and unarchive email templates
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.On the Marketing screen, click Email Templates.
Hover over an email template or click More Actions
to clone or archive a live template. For more on cloning and archiving, see Manage Marketing Pro functions.
