Problem
RSEs auto-generate but do not automatically create jobs on the Dispatch Board. You need to book jobs manually for them to appear on the Dispatch Board.
Solution
You must book a job for an RSE to appear on the Dispatch Board. Follow these steps to ensure your RSEs are correctly scheduled and visible where you need them.
Find Recurring Service Events
Option 1:
Go to Follow Up > Recurring Service Events.
Use the filters to locate the customer or service location you want to view RSEs for.
Option 2:
Go to Search and find and open the location record with RSEs you want to view.
On the location record, go to the Recurring Service Events section to see all RSEs for that service location.

Schedule RSE jobs for specific customers
Option 1:
Go to Follow Up > Recurring Service Events.
Use the filters to locate the service location you want to book an RSE job for.
Click the row for the RSE you want to book a job for.

Enter the job information and click Book Job.
After you book the job, it shows on the Dispatch Board as a normal job.

Option 2:
Go to Search and find and open the location record you want to book an RSE job for.
Go to the Recurring Service Events section and click the RS Event # you want to book a job for.

Enter the job information and click Book Job.
After you book the job, it shows on the Dispatch Board as a normal job.

Option 3:
Go to Calls and search for the customer you want to book the RSE job for.
Select the service location and enter the job information.
Next to the Recurring Service Event disclaimer, click Use Recurring Event.

Select the RSEs for the job you're booking.
Click Continue > Book Job.
After you book the job, it shows on the Dispatch Board as a normal job.
