How do I book a recurring service event into a job?

Problem

You want to know how to book a Recurring Service Event into a job.

Solution

By following these steps, you can learn the different ways to book an RSE into a job.

Book from the Call Booking screen

1. Go to Calls and search for the customer you want to book the RSE job for.

2. Select the service location and enter the job information.

3. Next to the Recurring Service Event disclaimer, click Use Recurring Event. 

4. Select the RSEs for the job you're booking.

5. Click Continue > Book Job.

Book from the Membership screen

1. Go to Search and find and open the customer or Location Record you want to book an RSE job for.

2. Go to the Memberships section and click the membership you want to use. 

3. Click the RSE you want to book a job for.

4. Enter the job information and click Book Job.

Book from the Recurring Service Events screen

1. Go to Follow Up > Recurring service events.

2. Use the filters to locate the service location you want to book an RSE job for.

3. Click the row for the RSE you want to book a job for. 

4. Enter the job information and click Book Job.

Book from a location record

1. Go to Search and find and open the location record you want to book an RSE job for.

2. Go to the Recurring Service Events section and click the RS Event # you want to book a job for. 

3. Enter the job information and click Book Job.
