Problem
The issue occurs when the appointment date on a job is later than the RSE date. For example, the job date is 02/20/24, and the RSE date is 02/17/2024.
Solution
You need to change the recurring service event date to a later date than the job booked date.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue of an RSE not populating for a job
Check the booked job date by looking at the date of the first appointment.
Go to the Customer membership and click on the RSE in question.
Change the RSE date to a date after the job date.
Example: If the job date is 02/20/24, change the RSE date to a later date, like 03/01/2024.Click Save.
Check the job to confirm that the RSE now populates correctly.

Note: If the job's invoice is already exported, you will not be able to book the recurring service event into the job.
