Atlas is part of TI and is the interface — the conversational sidekick you use to talk to ServiceTitan in plain language. Think of TI as the engine and Atlas as the interface you interact with.

Where can I use Atlas today?

Atlas is available in multiple parts of ServiceTitan today:

• Mobile: Technicians can ask questions about jobs and customers in natural language.

• Field Pro: Atlas provides equipment documents, troubleshooting guidance, calculators, and replacement parts lookup.

Is Atlas available on both mobile apps?

Yes. Atlas in mobile and Atlas in Field Pro are both available in the ServiceTitan Mobile (Legacy) app and the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
