Overview
Configurable services allow you to quickly select specific materials and/or equipment variations while adding services to estimates in the Field Mobile App. This streamlines material and equipment selection and simplifies price setting, job costing, and inventory tracking.

Things to know
Configurable services are only available in the pricebook when building estimates. After you add configurable services to an estimate, the materials and equipment within them will be automatically added to the invoice after you select Yes, perform work now when selling the estimate.
Use cases
As a roofing estimator, you need to quote services that include options for different shingle types and colors.
As an HVAC technician, you need to quote a blower motor replacement service with specific motor part numbers.
Add configurable services to an estimate in the Field Mobile App
While creating or editing an estimate, use the pricebook to find and open a service item.
On the service item that opens, scroll to the Items & chargeable materials section.
In the Items & chargeable materials section, select the material and/or equipment items that will be used with the service.
Note: If needed, you can tap Add next to an item to select a different material or equipment item from the pricebook. The Allow Find More pricebook setting is required to see and use this option. Please contact your office for details.

When finished, tap Add at the bottom.
On the next screen, the configurable service is shown as one item group. Tap Add to Estimates to finish adding it to the estimate.

If you tap to view the configurable service, you can see its material and/or equipment variations listed as sub-items.
