Use item recommendations and upgrades on estimates and invoices in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

Overview

When you build estimates or invoices, you see available recommended items and item upgrades you can offer to customers, creating upsell opportunities. By adding recommendations to your pricebook, you empower your team to increase sales without additional training.

Things to know

View and add recommended items in the Field Mobile App

Review and add recommended items suggested when adding an item to your estimates or invoices. For more details on the setup, see Add recommendations to services and equipment.

To add recommended items:

  1. Open your job and tap the tab you need:        

    • Estimates (Residential) or Proposals (Commercial)
      or

    • Invoice (Residential) or Work Summary (Commercial)

  2. For estimates/proposals, tap Add > Items.

  3. For invoices/work summaries, tap Add or View in the Invoice/Line Items section then tap Add Items.

  4. Use the pricebook to search for the items that you want to add then tap Add.

  5. On the Recommended items screen that opens, select the suggested recommended items and tap Add. If you want to add all recommended items, tap Add allList of recommended items with prices and an 'Add' button for each product.

  6. When finished, tap Done.        

    Note: You can enable Smart Recommendations powered by Titan Intelligence (TI) with Pricebook Pro which are based on services commonly sold with the job across the industry.

You can also view the recommended items on the pricebook item details screen.

View and add item upgrades in the Field Mobile App

View available upgrades and add them to the items already added to your estimates and invoices.  

  1. Open your job and tap the tab you need:        

    • Estimates (Residential) or Proposals (Commercial)
      or

    • Invoice (Residential) or Work Summary (Commercial)

  2. For estimates/proposals, tap Add > Items.

  3. For invoices/work summaries, tap View in the Invoice/Line Items section then tap Add Items.

  4. Use the pricebook to search for the item then tap it to open it.

  5. On the Item Details screen that opens, review the items listed under the Upgrades section. AquaSnap air-cooled liquid chiller with upgrade options and pricing details displayed.

  6. Select the item that you want to upgrade then tap Add.
