Confirm the Atlas permission is enabled
The Enable Atlas in Mobile for Technician permission is on by default for all technician roles. Verify it's active if technicians can't see the Ask Atlas button.
Open any job in ServiceTitan Mobile or the Field Mobile App, tap Ask Atlas, and select the Information in ServiceTitan module to start asking questions.
No setup required
Atlas in Mobile is available on all accounts with no additional configuration needed. Technicians can start using it immediately from any job.
