Edit, delete, and activate/deactivate alerts in Fleet Pro

Overview

The Alerts screen also lets you edit, delete, and activate/deactivate your Fleet Pro alerts.

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

  • To get started with Fleet Pro, request a demo by clicking Get Started on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager.

Edit Fleet Pro alerts

  1. Sign in to ServiceTitan.

  2. Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro > Alerts.

  3. Find the alert you want to edit and click the Alert Name.

  4. To make the changes you want, click Edit in the section that needs an update.
    The details of the alert section opens.

  5. When you’re done, click Close then Save.

Note: You can also edit the alerts from the Actions button.

Delete Fleet Pro alerts

  1. Sign in to ServiceTitan.

  2. Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro > Alerts.

  3. Find and select the alert you want to delete.

  4. Click Actions and select Delete. Then confirm the removal.

Activate/deactivate alerts

  1. Sign in to ServiceTitan.

  2. Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro > Alerts.

  3. Find and select the alert you want to activate/deactivate.

  4. Click Actions and select Activate/Deactivate from the dropdown. Then confirm the action.
