You can verify if a customer has active memberships directly in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Verify memberships
Tap into the job from the main dashboard.
Tap Contact details on the Job screen, located to the right of the customer information.
Note: An M icon next to the Location / Bill To name indicates the location has an active membership.

The Customer details screen shows you the customer's memberships, with the dates of each membership. Look for Status to see if the membership is active or expired.
