Overview
The Job Site Visit Report provides a unified view of technician and vehicle visits to customer job sites by combining GPS vehicle data, driver assignments, and ServiceTitan job information in Fleet Pro. The report shows whether a job was physically visited, how many times it was visited, arrival and departure times, total time spent on-site, and idling duration.

Things to know
The Job Site Visit report can only display a date range of seven days or fewer.
The report automatically defaults to the last seven days whenever you revisit the Job Site Visit screen.
Review the Job Site Visit report
Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro
.In the side menu, go to Fleet Pro > Job Site Visit.
On the screen that opens, select a Date Range.

Job Site Visit Overview
This section collects all the details and presents an overall picture for your selected date range. It includes:
Total Jobs Visited: The total number of jobs and how many have confirmed visits.
Jobs with Multiple Visits: A percentage of jobs with more than one visit.
Average Time on Site: The total amount of time on site divided by the amount of jobs.
Average Visits Per Job: The total number of visits divided by the amount of jobs.
Total Idling on Site: The total amount of time vehicles spent idling.
Jobs With No Visits: The amount of jobs with no recorded visits.

Job Site Visit Details
This section displays each individual job and its accompanying data. It includes:
Job Number: The number and hyperlink of the job.
Service Location: The service location address of the job.
Service Type: The job type of the job.
Customer: The name of the customer record on the job.
Vehicles/Assets: The name of the vehicle/asset that visited the job, if any.
Drivers: The name of the drivers that visited the job, if any.
First Arrival: The date and time that the driver first arrived at the job's location, if any.
Last Departure: The date and time that the driver last left the job's location, if any.
Time on Site: The total amount of time the driver spent at the job's location. If the job has no visits, this reads as zero seconds.
Idling on Site: The total amount of time the driver's vehicle was idling at the job's location. If the job has no visits, this reads as zero seconds.
Visits: The total amount of times the driver visited the job's location.
Outcome: Displays whether or not a job has been visited. If there is at least one visit, this reads as Visited. If there are no recorded visits, it reads as Not Visited.

Tip: If you want to remove any of these columns, click Edit Columns and select the columns you don't want. The report automatically updates after you click Save.
If you want to see the details of each individual visit for a job, click Expand
and review the following:
Visit #: The order of visits, with 1 being the first recorded visit.
Vehicle/Asset: The name of the vehicle/asset that visited the job.
Arrival: The date and time that the driver arrived at the job's location.
Departure: The date and time that the driver left the job's location.
Time on Site: The total amount of time the driver spent at the job's location.
Idling on Site: The total amount of time the driver's vehicle was idling at the job's location.

Download the Job Site Visit report to Excel
Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro
.In the side menu, go to Fleet Pro > Job Site Visit.
On the screen that opens, select a Date Range.
Click Download in CSV and select Job Summary or Visit Details.
Job Summary: Includes all the data present in the Job Site Details section of the report.
Visit Details: Displays the information for each individual visit for each job.

Filter the Job Site Visit report
Go to the navigation bar and click Fleet Pro
.In the side menu, go to Fleet Pro > Job Site Visit.
On the screen that opens, select a Date Range.
(Optional) Enter a job's number, service location, service type, customer, or vehicle/asset into the search bar.
Select one or multiple vehicles/assets from the Vehicle/Asset dropdown.
Select one or multiple drivers from the Driver dropdown.
Select a visit outcome from the Visit Outcome dropdown.
