Overview
The Field Pro Job Recordings report shows jobs alongside the Field Pro recording activity captured for those jobs. It combines Jobs data with Field Pro: Job Recordings data so you can see which jobs were recorded, who recorded them, and how long the recordings ran.

Spot jobs that were not recorded so you can coach technicians on recording habits
Cross-reference job type, status, and revenue against recording activity for the same jobs
Review which technicians captured recordings on completed jobs in a given period
Things to know
This is a multi-template report. The From - To date range applies to both templates as a common filter. Under each template heading you can set template-specific filters that apply only to that template's data. For more on multi-template behavior, see Create and run multi-template reports.
To apply filters separately to each template instead of using the common date range, toggle Independent Filters.

FIlter and run the report
Go to the navigation bar and click Reports.
Click the Field Pro Job Recordings report.
Tip: In the search field, enter a few letters from the report title for quick access.
Click the From - To field to select a date range to report on. You can:
Use the calendar to select a specific date range and then click Apply.
Use the left menu to select a preset date range:
Today: From 12:00 AM to the current time.
Yesterday: Previous day, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.
This Week: From Monday through Sunday of the current week.
Week to Date: From Monday through the current date of the current week.
Last 7 Days: Previous seven days, including today.
Last 14 Days: Previous 14 days, including today.
Last 30 Days: Previous 30 days, including today.
Month to Date: From the first of the current month to the current day.
Last Month: Entire month before the current month. For example, if the date is February 5, the entire month of January.
Last 90 Days: Previous 90 days, including today.
This Quarter: Current quarter, including future dates. For example, if the date is April 25, from April 1 - June 30.
Last Quarter: Entire quarter before the current quarter. For example, if the date is April 25, from January 1 - March 31.
Quarter to Date: From the first day of the current quarter to the current day.
Year to Date: From January 1 of the current year to the current day.
Last 365 Days: Previous 365 days, including today.
Last Year: From January 1 of the previous year to December 31.
Under Jobs Filters, use the following filters:
Filter by: Choose the date field to apply the date range to:
Invoice Date: Date on the invoice
Job Completion Date: Date the job was marked completed
Job Creation Date: Date the job was booked
Job Start Date: Date the job is scheduled to begin
Last Paid On Date: Most recent date that payment was made on the invoice
First Dispatch: Date a technician was first dispatched to the job
Jobs with Appt Date: Jobs with at least one appointment date that takes place within the filtered date range. Start and end dates do not need to fall within the filter dates.
Note: This filter considers the entire range of the job. For example, if a job's first appointment is 4/27 and its last appointment is 4/30, the entire range of the job is considered from 4/27–4/30. If the Jobs with Appt Date filter is set to 4/28, this job displays on the report even though no appointments are scheduled for 4/28.
Jobs with Next Appt Start Date: Displays all jobs with a next appointment start date within the selected date range
Cancelled Date: Date the job was cancelled

(Optional) Business Unit: Filter jobs by business unit (BU). You can select multiple BUs. By default, the report runs for all BUs.
(Optional) Include Adjustment Invoices: Select the checkbox to include adjustment invoices.

Under Field Pro: Job Recordings Filters, use the following filters:
Technician: Filter recordings to specific technicians.
Processing Status: Filter by the processing state of the recording: Complete, In Progress, Error. You can select multiple options.
Has Issues: Filter to recordings flagged with issues: Yes or No.

When you are finished setting filters, click Run Report.
Report report results
The Field Pro Job Recordings report includes the following columns:
Job ID: Unique identifier for the job
Job #: Job number
Job Type: Job type listed on the job record, such as Service Call or Installation
Status: Current status of the job
Opportunity: Indicates if the job is not marked as No Charge, Warranty, or Recall, or has an invoice subtotal that is greater than or equal to the sold threshold
Jobs Total: Total on the invoice
Completion Date: Date the job was marked complete
Assigned Technicians: Technicians assigned to the job
Recording Title: Title of the Field Pro recording linked to the job
Technician: Technician who captured the recording
Recording Duration (Minutes): Length of the recording in minutes

After you run the report, you can export your report results to use in spreadsheets and other documents
Customize and schedule your report
You can arrange and filter your results to narrow the focus of your report.
You can also schedule the report to be delivered by email on a regular basis.
