Best practices

  • Before you start creating an email template in Marketing Pro, try creating the email template in a word editor. This can help you plan out the layout and different sections of your email, making it easier to build in Marketing Pro.

  • The ideal width for an email template is 600 pixels. This has been shown to work best across all email clients and is the safest option since email providers display emails differently.

  • Place your logo at the top of the email template so customers can immediately identify who sent the email.

  • Divider: Add a line to visually separate content. You can create a transparent divider to add space or add a visible divider.

  • Social: Add a block with social media icons. Choose from a preset collection of icons, add the URL for each social media site, and adjust the icons' alignment and spacing.

  • HTML: Add HTML code to the template. Make sure to use correct, responsive HTML to ensure it displays properly on all devices.
