Powered by Titan Intelligence (TI), Atlas in mobile is designed to help technicians with their most time-consuming and problematic questions. Atlas in mobile provides a chatbot-like experience for technicians to help them find answers while on the job. Use this guide to gain a high-level understanding of the Atlas in mobile and its data sources.

Atlas is powered by Titan Intelligence (TI). It may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. Verify details before acting and don’t treat it as professional advice. Your conversations may be stored to improve the service. Avoid sharing sensitive information.
By using Atlas, you agree to use this feature responsibly, and further acknowledge and agree that any data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with third-party service providers.
Atlas in mobile is enabled by default for all technician roles. To manage this setting, go to Settings > People > Technicians > Permissions and select the Enable Atlas in Mobile for Technician permission.
Atlas in mobile is only available in a live ServiceTitan Mobile account; it is not accessible in the Next environment.
Technicians can access Atlas from both the ServiceTitan Mobile and the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
Atlas is not currently available in the Inventory Mobile App.

Information in ServiceTitan
After technicians launch Atlas in mobile, they need to select Information in ServiceTitan module.

Technicians can use this module to find customer history, previous jobs completed, estimates and pricing, inventory availability, equipment details, and more.
Atlas pulls this information directly from your ServiceTitan account, using data sources such as:
Customer and location records
Job and invoice history
Estimates
Memberships and service agreements
Pricebook and inventory
Installed equipment

Our data coverage expands weekly and monthly. Below is the current coverage for Atlas, highlighting the questions we can answer:
Customer Information
Summary stats, contact information, previous and future job history, and more.
Location Information
Summary stats, contact information, previous and future job history, and more.
Current Job Information
Booking information, summary, tags, appointments, project info, call info, lead info, invoice, notes, and more.
(Installed) Equipment Information
Summary stats for location, detailed info for each equipment record like model, manufacturer, installed on, and last serviced date.
Job History
Summary stats. For example, the total jobs completed in the last 12 months for customer and location.
Detailed job information for the last 5 jobs completed at that location.
Detailed job information for the last 5 jobs completed at that customer.
Invoice History
Summary stats. For example, the total revenue for the last 12 months for that customer and location, maximum sold invoice, and more.
Detailed invoice information for the last 5 invoices at that location.
Detailed invoice information for the last 5 invoices at that customer.
Estimates
Summary stats. For example the total number of open, dismissed, and sold estimates and more.
Detailed estimate information for the most recent sold, open, and dismissed estimates for that location and customer.
Future/Scheduled Jobs
Detailed job information for the next 5 jobs scheduled at that location.
Detailed job information for the next 5 jobs scheduled at that customer.
Memberships
Summary information for location and customer.
Detailed information for any active memberships.
Service Agreements
