What you need to get started

Before starting your pool and spa business, ensure you have the following basics configured for your account:

  • Customer and Location Records: Ensure customer information is properly set up to schedule jobs for the correct addresses.

  • Set up and use zones: Defines the areas where jobs can be booked.

  • Create and edit recurring service types: Configure recurring service types to generate appointments.

  • Manage tags: Use proper tags to filter out jobs on the Route map.

  • Add and edit business units: Set up business units to use Routing properly.

Required permissions

The View Dispatch board permission is required for office employees to access the Route Management. To have this permission enabled, please contact the account administrator on your team.
