Chemical Tracking

Pest control, lawn and pool/spa businesses are legally required to document details about every chemical application, including what was applied, how much, where, and under what conditions. Chemical Tracking builds that documentation into the job your technician is already doing, instead of requiring a separate form or paper log. Technicians select a chemical from your Pricebook and enter how much they applied, and Chemical Tracking calculates and records the rest. Office employees set up which chemicals are tracked and manage chemical lots in Inventory. This setup happens once and then applies every time that chemical is used on a job.

What you need to know about Chemical Tracking

  • Log it once, in the field. Your technicians pick the chemical from your Pricebook, enter the amount applied and the dilution, and Chemical Tracking calculates the chemical quantity for you.

  • Details captured automatically. Chemical Tracking adds the technician's license number, along with the time and location of the application, to the record. No extra steps for your team.

  • Lot tracking, if you need it. If your warehouse tracks chemical lots, your technicians can select the lot loaded on their truck.

  • Nothing slips through at closeout. Chemical Tracking checks required fields when the job closes, so you catch incomplete entries before they become a compliance gap.

  • Shows up where your customers look. Key application details carry onto the documents you send your customers.

  • Chemical Application Report. Every completed job also generates a report pulling together everything your technicians logged (product, quantities, dilution, and lot) in one place.
