Payroll Sign-off lets your team review and confirm timesheets and performance pay before payroll runs. Technicians review, dispute, or approve on mobile, while office employees confirm hours in Time Clock; and managers release pay periods, address disputes, and approve payroll for processing. This reduces errors, speeds up pay cycles, and makes accountability clear across teams.
Setup
How it works
Managers review their team's timesheets, performance pay, and hours from Payroll Approval after each pay period.
The manager releases the pay period for employee sign-off.
Technicians use the mobile app to review their payroll, approve or dispute, and add notes if needed.
Office employees review and edit their timesheets in Time Clock, then approve or dispute.
If a dispute is raised, managers review the notes, make corrections, and re-release for sign-off. Any edits require the employee to re-approve.
After employees approve, managers finalize approvals and payroll is ready for processing.
