Problem
Office employees can get confused when they are unable to clear the business unit filter to view all technicians and jobs on the Dispatch Board.
Solution
Review employee profile for business unit assignment
If you are only able to see one business unit on the Dispatch Board and you are unable to clear the business unit filter to see all business units, the first step is for an administrator to go to Settings > Employees, edit the employee in question, and review whether the employee has a business unit assignment in their profile.
Remove business unit assignment from employee profile
If the employee in question has a business unit assignment in their profile, an administrator can remove the assignment and save their changes, at which point the employee should be able to see all business units on the Dispatch Board again.
