What is causing only half of the data to be displayed on the Dispatch Board?

Problem

The Dispatch Board shows only half of the expected data. This happens because a filter for business units, skills, or teams is applied.

Solution

Change Dispatch Board filters

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Dispatch .

2. Click Filters .

3. Click the Business Units dropdown. If any business units are selected, this is why you see limited data.

4. Select more business units from the dropdown or click None to clear the filter.

5. Click the Teams dropdown. If any teams are selected, this is why you see limited data.

6. Select more teams from the dropdown or click None to clear the filter.

7. Click the Skills dropdown. If any skills are selected, this is why you see limited data.

8. Select more skills from the dropdown or click None to clear the filter.

9. Click Apply. By following these steps, you should now see the full data or the data for the filters you selected.
