Overview

With TitanExchange, you can browse best practice content shared by other network members such as forms, tags, payrolls, reports, dashboards, job types, business units, roles, and email templates. Pull templates into your account to use for your own business.

Things to know

  • You can give access to TitanExchange by enabling the View Titan Exchange permission by company role or by office employee.

  • ServiceTitan subject matter experts review all content. If templates have proven to work well and produce good results, they are considered best practice or premium content and shared through TitanExchange

  • TitanExchange networks can be public and private. Public networks are open for all accounts. Private networks are available by invitation.

  • TitanExchange administrators can lock and update Reports, Dashboards, and Job Types templates in Enterprise Hub. They can also update the Tags template.        

    Note: Please contact technical support to enable the Update feature.

  • When you pull a template from the Network, it is automatically added to your account and is synced in the relevant area, for example in the Job Types section. You don't need to pull the same template from the Library, as it will result in a duplicate.

  • Synced means that the template is in your account for use, but you can't view or download it outside of ServiceTitan.

Browse TitanExchange networks

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click TitanExchange > Networks. The Networks screen opens showing available networks.        

    Tip: Use the search bar to search for a network by name. Use the dropdown to filter your search by private or public networks.

  3. To view templates available in a network, click the network name. The network's available templates are displayed in a grid. Overview of plumbing services highlighting best practices for homeowners and subscription options.

  4. Click Subscribe to add a public network's content to your library. If you're subscribed to the network and want to remove their content from your library, click Unsubscribe.        

    Note: You can subscribe to any public network. When you're invited to join a private network, that network's shared content is automatically available in your library.

Browse the TitanExchange library

Your TitanExchange library contains templates from your private networks and the public networks you subscribe to.

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click TitanExchange > Library. The TitanExchange Library screen opens.

  3. Under Library Templates, click the relevant category for the templates you’re looking for.

    Tip: Use the search bar to find a specific template by name. You can also use the Filters dropdown to search for content by network or members within a network.

  4. To view a template, click the template name.

Preview reports

You can preview reports in the Configuration tab by clicking Preview Report.

You are directed to the report page where you can review the columns and what the report looks like with the sample data.

Pull content to your account

You can pull templates from the TitanExchange library to use in your ServiceTitan account.

  1. In the TitanExchange library, select the templates you want to use in your account.

  2. Click PullLibrary templates section displaying various checklists and options for selection.

Note: If the template you pulled is locked in Enterprise Hub, you can't save changes to the template.

Admin has locked the template, preventing structural edits in the checklist.

Find and use content

When you pull the content from TitanExchange, it becomes available to use in your account in the same way you use any content you created yourself. You can find the content in their respective categories:

  • Forms: Settings > Operations > Forms

  • Tags: Settings > Operations > Tag Types

  • Payroll: Settings > Tools > Import / Export Data

  • Reports: Reports > Search for the title

  • Dashboards: Dashboard > Modular Dashboard

  • Job Types: Settings > Operations > Job Types

  • Business Units: Settings > Operations > Business Units

  • Roles: Settings > People > Role Permissions

  • Email Templates (for Marketing Pro): Marketing > Email Templates

  • Job Cancel & Hold Reasons: Settings > Operations > Cancel and Hold Reasons.

  • Custom Fields: Settings > Operations > Custom Fields.

  • Content Portal: Settings >Operations > Content Portal.

  • Skills: Settings > Operations > Skills.

Rate templates

  1. In your library, click the name of the template you want to rate. The Template details screen opens.

  2. Under Rate the Template, rate the template on a scale from one to five stars. A five-star rating displayed with nine total ratings for a template review.

Note: If you already rated a template you can change your rating by clicking Edit .
