Push, lock, and update TitanExchange templates in Enterprise Hub

Overview

With TitanExchange, you can push templates from one tenant to another. Lock and update templates to ensure data security and a seamless user experience.


Who uses this feature

  • Owners, general managers, administrators, and centralized call center representatives (CSRs)

  • Applies to all business types

Feature configuration

  • This feature requires an Enterprise Hub network. Contact your Customer Success Manager to request a network or contact technical support for details.

Things to know

  • To learn about how to set up and access TitanExchange, see Manage TitanExchange templates in Enterprise Hub.

  • You can filter only the networks and their template tenants assigned to you. When you select a template to push from one tenant to another, you have access to the networks that your user is assigned to with their tenants.

  • You can push reports from the template tenant to other tenants as needed. However, this feature is applicable only to individual tenants and does not extend to Rollup Reporting.

Push templates

You can push templates from one tenant to another. For example, if the form works well for one tenant, you can push it to another tenant who can benefit from that template.

To push a form:

  1. In TitanExchange, click the form to select it. User interface displaying library templates with highlighted forms section and checklist options.        

    Note: You can select multiple forms. When you select at least one form, the Push button becomes available. To select all forms, click All. To clear all selected forms, click None.

  3. In the pop-up that opens, select a network or select single tenants to push the form to them.

  4. Click the arrow to open the network's tenants and select a specific tenant.

  5. When you select the network or tenant, click PushSelect tenants to push templates with highlighted options and action button.

  6. Click Confirm. The form is pushed to the selected tenant.        

    Note: Pushed forms automatically appear in tenants' individual accounts in ServiceTitan.

Search for tenants

  1. In TitanExchange, click the form to select it.

  2. Click Push.

  3. In the Push window, enter the tenant name you are looking for.Interface for selecting tenants to push templates with a search bar highlighted.

  4. Click Search to search for results. TitanExchange displays all search results.

Delete search results

You can delete search results:

Click Delete next to the search item.

Select all networks

You can select all networks at once by clicking All.

Clear all selected networks

In the Push window, clear all selected networks by clicking None.

Note: Each form displays the number of templates pushed to another tenant.

Check library templates in ServiceTitan

When the template is pushed to the tenant, the tenant can see it in the list of templates in ServiceTitan.

  1. To check forms, go to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Operations > Forms.

  2. To check tags, go to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Operations > Tag Types.

  3. To check payroll profiles, go to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Operations > Payroll.

  4. To check reports, go to the navigation panel and click Reports.

  5. To check dashboards, go to the navigation panel and click Dashboard.

  6. To check job types, go to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Operations > Job Types.

  7. To check business units, go to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Operations > Business Units.

  8. To check roles, go to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > People > Role Permissions.

  9. To check email templates, go to Marketing > Marketing Pro > Campaigns > Email Templates.

  10. To check job cancel and hold reasons, go to Operations > Cancel and Hold Reasons.

  11. To check custom fields, go to Operations > Custom Fields.

  12. To check content portal, go to Operations > Content Portal.

  13. To check technician skills, go to Operations > Skills.

You can see the list of templates pushed from TitanExchange or the previously created templates.

Lock templates

To prevent unauthorized changes and maintain compliance with best practices, you can lock all templates, except Payroll in TitanExchange.

Note: If the template you pulled in ServiceTitan TitanExchange is locked in Enterprise Hub TitanExchange, you won't be able to save the changes to the template.

To lock a template:

  1. In TitanExchange, select the template you want to lock. User interface displaying reports with highlighted 'Hold reasons report' option.

  2. In the template window that opens, enable the Lock Template toggle.

  4. When finished, click Save.

Update templates

To keep your templates up-to-date, you can update all templates, except Payroll and Forms in TitanExchange.

To update a template:

  1. In the Library Templates section, click UpdatesUser interface showing updates, forms, and tags sections in a library template.

  3. In the pop-up that opens, select tenants to update templates.

  4. When finished, click UpdateSelect tenants to update templates with options for network and tenant names.

If you want to cancel updates, click Dismiss All Updates.
