Access and download templates
There are over 150 templates available on the ServiceTitan website. These include forms, checklists, and worksheets commonly used in trades such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
To download a template:
Go to servicetitan.com and browse the Templates.
Choose the one you need. For example, the Plumbing Safety Checklist.
Enter your details:
First name and last name
Company name
Business email
Primary industry
Business focus
Check your email: A download link will be sent to you after you submit the form. The template can be available in PDF, Google Sheets, or Excel format. Use the templates in ServiceTitan as needed.
For example, some templates, such as checklists, can be added as forms. This allows technicians to access them directly from the ServiceTitan mobile app while in the field.
Tip: While the templates offer a helpful starting point, they do not have built-in automation or system integration unless they’re brought into ServiceTitan as custom forms or documents.

To find and access webinars:
Go to servicetitan.com and browse the webinars section from the side panel.
Upcoming webinars are listed with dates and registration details. Recordings of past webinars are also available on demand.Click Register Now or Watch.
