Overview
The Benchmark Report, powered by Titan Intelligence, is a personalized quarterly report available to all eligible ServiceTitan customers, providing an understanding of your business's position compared to similar businesses. The report helps ServiceTitan contractors identify areas for growth, aligns your team towards common objectives, and strategically plan for future success.
In Enterprise Hub, you can view Benchmark Reports for each of your tenants within your network who are eligible to have individual Benchmark Reports.
Who uses this feature
Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, bookkeepers, technicians, dispatchers, and customer service representatives (CSRs)

Feature configuration
Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.
The permission Access Benchmark Reports is required to use this feature. It is enabled by default for all Administrators. If you require this permission, please contact an administrator on your team.
Things to know
You must set up access to Benchmark Reports individually for all your tenants. They must fit the criteria below and have Titan Intelligence data preferences enabled.
You may not see a link to a Benchmark Report for a tenant if the tenant is currently onboarding or went live recently. The tenant may not have sufficient ServiceTitan data for a benchmark report to be generated. The tenant must have completed at least 100 jobs over the time period in review.
We currently do not have Benchmark Reports for customers in Alaska and Puerto Rico.
If you opted out of Industry Publications on the Data Preferences screen for a tenant, you will also not receive a report or any link in TitanAdvisor. To opt in to Industry Publications for a tenant, log in to the tenant, then go to Settings > Titan Intelligence > Data Preferences. Click Industry Publications and then click Save.
Access current Benchmark Reports
You can access a tenant’s current quarterly Benchmark report in TitanAdvisor.
In Enterprise Hub, click My Tenants.
Select the tenant and click Sign in.
Go to TitanAdvisor
in the top toolbar. In the TitanScore section of the TitanAdvisor overview screen, click View your Benchmark Report - powered by TI.
The Benchmark Report PDF opens in a new tab where you can review and download it.
Access past and present Benchmark Reports
Past Benchmark Reports for your tenants are stored in the Benchmark Report library. You can also access your tenant’s current Benchmark Report there.
In Enterprise Hub, click Rollup Reporting.
In the side panel, click Benchmark Reports.
The Benchmark Reports library opens, where you can access past Benchmark Reports across all your tenants. From this screen, you can:
Select the tenants you want to view. You can select a single tenant or multiple tenants.
Click Download
next to a report to download the specific report. Select several reports and click Download to download the selected reports.
Click Download All Reports to download all your previous Benchmark Reports.
Use the Filters to view reports from a specific date or quarter.
Use the Type filter to view only Commercial or Residential reports.
