Overview
Powered by Titan Intelligence, The 4-quadrant view in Benchmark+ shows where you stand and how fast you're moving relative to peers. It provides a visual overview of your tenants' performance by comparing two metrics, Completed Revenue and Revenue Percentile. It's designed to give you a quick, actionable understanding of how your tenants' performance is changing over time relative to their peer group (cluster) or a selected benchmark.

Best practices
Focus on the yellow quadrant first: These tenants are growing revenue but losing market rank. Identify why peers are outpacing them or confirm the cluster is correct.
Monitor the purple quadrant closely: These tenants are losing revenue but holding/gaining market share. Aim to move them to Green as conditions improve.
Validate clusters and filters: Ensure each tenant is compared to the right peers.
Access and filter 4-quadrant view
Sign in to Enterprise Hub using your username and password.
Click Benchmarks.

On the 4-Quadrant View screen that opens, use the following filters to refine the comparison between two periods:
Date range: Open Date and set the primary period. Use Compared to to set the comparison period. For example, first half 2025 compared to first half 2024.
Note: You can only select full months for comparison. The system cannot compare specific days or partial months.

Tenants: Select one or more tenants to analyze. If you don't select specific tenants, the view compares all tenants.
Note: You can only see tenants you have access to based on your Enterprise Hub user settings.
Clusters: Select a cluster to compare tenants against. By default, each tenant compares to its own cluster. If you don't see any clusters, you haven't created any yet, see Create custom clusters in Benchmark+ to add them.
Tip: Clear your cluster selection to return to the default comparison.
Understand the quadrants in analysis chart
Use the following tabs to switch chart views:
Revenue Percentile: Compares the change in Completed Revenue to the change in Revenue Percentile within the tenant's cluster or the cluster you selected.
Revenue-to-Percentile Index: Compares the change in Completed Revenue to the change in the Revenue‑to‑Percentile Index.

The 4-Quadrant View uses a coordinate system to map each tenant's change in revenue and change in market rank, or, percentile, over a selected time period. This instantly categorizes your tenants into one of four groups, called Quadrant, defining their market trajectory:
Quadrant | Revenue change | Percentile change | Definition |
|---|---|---|---|
Green | Increased | Increased | The tenant improved in both revenue and market rank. |
Yellow | Increased | Decreased | The tenant increased revenue but declined in market rank. The competition is growing faster. |
Red | Decreased | Decreased | The tenant declined in both revenue and market rank. This signals an urgent need for attention. |
Purple | Decreased | Increased | The tenant's revenue declined but they improved market rank relative to their peers. They performed better than the competition in a down market. |
Tip: Click View details to open the detailed view for that quadrant. To learn more, see View quadrant details in Benchmark+.

Read the quadrant analysis chart
Movement on the chart shows direction and velocity — how fast you're separating from or being caught by the market.
The colored rings around the quadrants show the percentage of your total tenants that fall into each quadrant:
For example, green 32% means that 32 percent of tenants increased both Completed Revenue and their market rank. Yellow 18% means that 18 percent increased revenue but lost rank.
Each colored dot represents a tenant. Hover over any dot to see the tenant name and its movement in both measures.

Note: All calculations and rankings use the Date, Compared to, Tenants, and Clusters selections you set.
Revenue Percentile tab
Revenue YoY % Difference: Shows revenue growth or decline compared to the comparison period.
Percentile Difference YoY direction shows whether the tenant improved or lost rank within the selected comparison group.
Revenue‑to‑Percentile Index tab
Revenue YoY % Difference direction shows revenue growth or decline compared to the comparison period.
Index YoY Difference: direction shows the change in the Revenue-to-Percentile Index change.

Use the tenant breakdown
Use the Tenant Breakdown table to review every tenant included in your current selections and how each changed across the two periods.
Tip: Use the filter dropdown to display only the tenants in a specific quadrant.

The tenant breakdown table includes the following columns:
Name: The company's name.
Tip: Click the tenant name to open the Tenant Details page for that specific business.
Revenue %ile: Your tenant's market rank (0–100) for completed revenue compared to peers in the selected cluster and time period.
Example: 80th means you're ahead of 80 out of 100 similar businesses.% Diff: The change in percentile points since the comparison period.
Example: If the percentile moved from 50th to 80th, then % Diff is +30.Completed Revenue: The tenant's revenue for the current reporting period and for the comparison period.
% Diff: The percentage change in revenue between the two periods. A positive value means revenue grew; a negative value means revenue declined.
Quadrant: The quadrant the tenant falls into based on the analysis of the revenue and percentile change: Green, Yellow, Red, or Purple.
