Overview
The tenant details tab in Benchmark+ allows you to perform a deep analysis of an individual tenant's key performance metrics. After using the 4-Quadrant View to identify tenants needing attention, use the Tenant Details section to find specific data necessary to diagnose the cause of their performance changes.

This feature is currently in Private Preview and available for specific accounts. It is subject to change. If you want to enable this feature for your account, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
The View Benchmark+ permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
The Tenant Details tab opens with the same date comparison period you selected on the 4-Quadrant View. You can change it anytime using the date filters.
Best practices
The Tenant Details screen is intended to be used after you have spotted a trend on the high-level 4-Quadrant View; it provides the necessary context and deep metrics for troubleshooting.
Access tenant details
Sign in to Enterprise Hub using your username and password.
Click Benchmarks.

On the 4-Quadrant View screen that opens, to access the Tenant Details tab do one of the following:
In the side panel, click Tenant Details.

From the Tenant Breakdown in 4-Quadrant View, click the tenant name you want to review details for.

View tenant details in Benchmark+
On the Tenant Details screen:
Use the tenant dropdown to select the tenant you want to analyze.
Use the date dropdown to choose the analysis period.
Use the Clusters dropdown to select the specific peer group you want to use for comparison.

The tenant details screen provides a summary of the tenant's key metrics for the selected time period compared to their peer companies in the industry. The following metrics are measured:

Completed Revenue: The total revenue from completed jobs in the selected period. It shows the percentile rank of the tenant's revenue compared to their peer group.
Average Call Booking Rate: The percentage of call leads booked into jobs. The comparison shows the tenant's percentile rank for this metric against their peer group.
Average Revenue per Tech: The average revenue generated for each technician. The comparison shows the percentile rank of the tenant's revenue for each technician.
View Monthly Performance vs Peer Benchmark
In the Monthly Performance vs Peer Benchmark section, track how tenant's monthly results compare to peers across the selected months. The chart compares your tenant to the peer group's 20th and 80th percentiles.

What the percentiles mean
80th percentile: A value higher than 80% of companies in the selected peer group.
20th percentile: A value higher than 20% of companies and lower than 80% of companies in the selected peer group.
Toggle between these metrics to switch the chart view.
Completed Revenue: Total revenue from jobs completed in the selected period.
Revenue per Tech: Completed Revenue ÷ Number of Techs, where Number of Techs is the count of unique technicians who worked at least one job in that period.

Use the chart to see if your tenant's performance is tracking above the 80th percentile, below the 20th percentile, or falling in the range between the two
Solid line shows your tenant's monthly value.
Green dashed line marks the 80th percentile.
Red dashed line marks the 20th percentile.
Shaded space shows the range between the 20th and 80th percentiles.
Tip: Hover over the lines on the chart to see metrics in numbers for comparison.

View Monthly Performance vs Peer Benchmark lines
In the Monthly Ticket Price Analysis: Your Performance vs. Peer Ranges section, track how your Ticket Price changes month to month and compare it to your peer group's 20th and 80th percentiles. This helps you see where your pricing sits relative to similar companies.
Ticket price is the average invoice amount per completed job. Completed Revenue ÷ Completed Jobs for the selected period.
Click Install Ticket Price or Service Ticket Price tab to switch the chart view.

View Install and Service Ticket Ratios
Use the Install and Service Ticket Ratios table to see what portion of your completed tickets were Installed and what portion were Service each month. The table includes the following columns:
Month: Reporting month.
Your Install Service Ratio: Two percentages showing the share of completed tickets by Install and Service types.
Example: 33:67 means 33% of completed tickets were Install and 67% were Service.
Peer Average Ratio: the average percentages for companies in your selected comparison group, showing the share of completed tickets by Install and Service types.

View Your Monthly Call Booking Rate vs. Peer Benchmark
In the Your Monthly Call Booking Rate vs. Peer Benchmark section, track how your Call Booking Rate changes month to month and compare it to peers.
The Call Booking Rate is the percentage of inbound calls that turned into booked jobs.
