View each quadrant details in Benchmark+ to examine the tenants inside a single quadrant from the 4‑Quadrant View and understand what's driving the result.

This feature is currently in Private Preview and available for specific accounts. It is subject to change. If you want to enable this feature for your account, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
The View Benchmark+ permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
The data displayed in the Quadrant Details tab reflects the date comparison period selected on the main 4-Quadrant View screen.
View quadrant details
Sign in to Enterprise Hub using your username and password.
Click Benchmarks.

On the 4-Quadrant View screen that opens, click View details for each quadrant you want to view details for.

The Quadrant Details screen opens with the same Date, Tenants, and Clusters you set in the 4-Quadrant View. Use the filters to change them.
Tip: Use the Quadrant dropdown to switch between Green, Yellow, Red, and Purple without leaving the page.
View summary cards
At the top, you'll see a colored label that explains the selected quadrant (for example, Increased revenue but decreased their revenue percentile) and the date comparison you're using.

Summary cards
Total Tenants: Number of tenants in the selected quadrant.
Avg Revenue Growth: Average revenue change across those tenants for the selected period.
Total Revenue: Combined Completed Revenue for those tenants.
Avg Revenue per Technician: Average revenue per technician across those tenants.
Tip: If a card shows a dash, there's no data for the current filters or timeframe. Adjust the date, tenants, or cluster.
View Quadrant - Position Analysis
Use Position Analysis to see only the tenants in the selected quadrant and how each tenant moved during your date comparison.
Read the chart
Each dot is a tenant.
Revenue YoY % Difference direction shows revenue growth or decline compared to the comparison period.
Percentile Difference YoY direction shows whether the tenant improved or lost rank within the selected comparison group.
The colored ring shows the percentage of all selected tenants that fall into this quadrant.
Tip: Hover over a dot to see the tenant name and exact changes.

View Revenue and Revenue Percentile Breakdown
This section summarizes sales and revenue metrics for tenants in the selected quadrant.
Data Table
Lists each tenant in the quadrant with current and comparison values, including Revenue Percentile, Completed Revenue, and % differences.

The data table includes the following columns:
Name: The company's name.
Tip: Click the tenant name to open the Tenant Details page for that specific business.
Revenue %ile: Your tenant's market rank (0–100) for completed revenue compared to peers in the selected cluster and time period.
% Diff: The change in percentile points since the comparison period.
Completed Revenue: The tenant's revenue for the current reporting period and for the comparison period.
% Diff: The percentage change in revenue between the two periods. A positive value means revenue grew; a negative value means revenue declined.
Quadrant: The quadrant the tenant falls into based on the analysis of the revenue and percentile change: Green, Yellow, Red, or Purple.

Revenue Comparison
The Revenue Comparison chart compares each tenant's Completed Revenue for the current period to the comparison period to highlight growth or decline.

Percentile Changes
The Percentile Changes chart shows how each tenant's Revenue Percentile changed between periods to indicate gains or losses in rank.

View Average Quadrant Performance
Use the Average Quadrant Performance section to see how the average of all tenants in the selected quadrant compares to peers over your date range and comparison group.
Use the tabs to view the quadrant average for:
Revenue: Total revenue from jobs completed in the selected period.
Booking Rate: Jobs booked from call leads ÷ Total call leads. A call lead is an inbound call ≥ 60 seconds or marked as a Lead.
Revenue per Technician: Completed Revenue ÷ Number of Techs, where Number of Techs is the count of unique technicians who worked at least one job in the period.
Install Tickets: Number of tickets classified as Install in the selected period.
Service Tickets: Number of tickets classified as Service in the selected period.

View Average Tenant Performance
Use the Average Tenant Performance table to compare each tenant's average performance on the selected metric to prior period and to peers.
Use the Revenue, Booking Rate, Revenue per Technician, Install Tickets, Service Tickets tabs to view the quadrant average for each metric.

The table contains the following columns:
Business/Brand: Tenant name.
[Current period] Average Completed Revenue: Tenant's average for the selected period.
Like You [Current period] Average Completed Revenue: Peer-group average for the same period (based on your selected cluster), shown with the 20th to 80th percentile range so you can see how most peers are performing.
[Comparison period] Average Completed Revenue: Tenant's average for the comparison period.
Like You [Comparison period] Average Completed Revenue: Peer-group average for the comparison period.
% Diff: Change in tenant's average from the comparison period to the selected period.
