New

Technicians

  • Record in-app sales calls and listen to pre-job briefs with Sales Pro to keep everything in one place: Previously, you had to switch between the Field Mobile App and the Sales Pro App to record sales calls and listen to pre-job briefs. Now, these features work directly inside the Field Mobile App, helping you track conversations without leaving the job. Other tools like playback and coaching still live in the Sales Pro App. For more, see:

  • Track daily project activity with the new Daily Logs feature right inside the Field Mobile App: Previously, project managers and foremen had to log job details elsewhere, outside of ServiceTitan. Now, you can record what happened on-site each day directly from the app specific to a project. This helps keep daily updates clear and connected to the job.   • Surface and track equipment and location issues faster with the new Findings feature in the Field Mobile App: Previously, you had to rely on memory or notes to document issues for equipment or locations. Now, you can create findings directly on equipment or a location in the field, helping the office plan pull-through work with more context. This update aligns with desktop tools launched in release ST-74. For more, see:

  • Create Project RFIs directly from the job site, keeping your construction projects on track: You can now create RFIs directly from the Field Mobile App, ensuring that project managers are informed immediately of any problems. This helps streamline communication, keeping construction projects on schedule and within budget.   • Updated Job Dashboard: Now, when you open a job, the screen shows today’s jobs right away and moves other tabs, like Upcoming, Previous, and Paused, into a View All section.   • Get faster, smoother access to estimates and invoices with enhanced pricebook onboarding: This improves the Pricebook onboarding experience and shows download  progress, so you know what's happening when trying to download your pricebook. Additionally, we have added a Pricebook details screen that shows you the latest information about your Pricebook.   • Act faster on open opportunities with the new Follow-Up feature: Now, you can see and manage all open opportunities, set reminders, track follow-up actions, and log outcomes right from your mobile device.
