Manage and review your recordings in the Field Pro app

Overview

After completing a job, your recording is uploaded to the Film Room in the Field Pro app where you can review your conversations, read AI-generated transcripts, and use coaching tools to improve your performance. You can also browse teammates' recordings, track your ranking on the Leaderboard, and organize recordings into playlists.

Feature configuration

  • Account configuration and office setup is required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.

  • The View Field Pro permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Things to know

  • Recordings are visible to your team by default even if you have not posted them. Use Make recording private from the recording menu to restrict access to yourself only.

Use the Film Room in the Field Pro app

  1. Open the Field Pro app and tap Film Room. Overview of sales recordings with statuses: in-progress, lost, and won.

  2. Use the filter tabs to narrow your list:        

    • All: Shows every recording.

    • Won: Shows recordings marked as won deals.

    • Posted: Shows recordings you have shared with the team.

  3. Tap a recording to open it.

When you open a recording, the detail screen shows the recording title, deal status, and three tabs: Overview, Metrics, and Transcript.

  1. Tap Play Recording to listen to the full audio. User interface displaying a sales recording with options to play and manage recordings.

  2. Tap Add to queue to add the recording to your listening queue.

  3. Tap the Overview tab to see comments, Ask Field Pro prompts, and an AI-generated summary of the conversation.

  4. Tap the Metrics tab to view performance data such as speaker share, pacing, and interactivity.

  5. Tap the Transcript tab to read the full AI-generated text of the conversation. Sales recording interface showing options for comments and asking field professionals questions.        

    Tip: Tap any bookmark to jump to a flagged moment.

Use Ask Field Pro for self-coaching in Field Pro app

Ask Field Pro is an AI tool that answers specific questions about your conversation based on the transcript.

  1. From the recording Overview tab, tap Ask Field ProSales recording interface with options to play, comment, and ask field questions.

  2. Type a question about the conversation or tap one of the preset questions. For example, How did I handle the price objection? or Did I offer financing?.

  3. Review the AI-generated response. Use the feedback to adjust your approach before your next job. Discussion on financing objections and customer follow-up strategies in a sales context.

Manage a recording in Field Pro app

To access additional options for a recording, tap the Menu ⋮.

From the menu that opens, you can:

  • Remove from feed: Remove the recording from the team Feed.

  • Add to playlist: Save the recording to one of your playlists.

  • Share: Share the recording externally.

  • Update Recording Outcome: Change the deal status (Won, Lost, or Still in Progress).

  • Update Conversation type: Change the conversation category.

  • Help: Access in-app support.

Add and view comments in Field Pro app

  1. From the recording Overview tab, tap Comment.

  2. Type your comment. To notify a specific person, type @ followed by their name. A snippet interface showing a comment about a significant purchase and recipient details.

  3. Tap Send to submit.

To view existing comments, tap the Comments tab.

Use playlists to organize recordings in Field Pro app

Playlists let you save and group recordings by topic, skill, or any category that helps you learn.

  1. In the Film Room, tap the Playlists tab. Film Room interface showing playlists, private playlists, and a microphone icon for recording.

  2. Under Shared Playlists, view playlists curated by your manager or leadership. These appear automatically when your coaches create and share them.

  3. Under Private Playlists, view and manage your personal playlists. Tap any playlist to open it and browse its recordings.

  4. To create a new playlist, tap Create New Playlist +.

  5. Add a playlist name and an optional description and tap + Create playlistCreating a new playlist with name and description fields filled out.

The Bookmarks section at the bottom of the Playlists tab lets you browse recordings organized by AI-flagged moments, such as how teammates handled key objections or closing techniques.
