Overview

Recordings help you quickly review calls with AI summaries, key moments, and talk-time insights. Jump to important parts, add comments, see job details, and create playlists of top examples to share with your team and use for training.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, business owners, and sales managers

  • Primarily for Residential Service business types

 Feature configuration

  • To get started with Field Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).

  • If you're an existing Sales Pro customer and want to migrate to Field Pro, please fill out this form.

  • The View Recordings permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Open and manage a recording in Field Pro

Use this screen to scan key insights and take action in one place. See talk-time at a glance, read a concise summary, and navigate the full transcript.

Open a recording

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Field Pro .

  2. In the side panel, click Recordings.

  3. On the All Recordings screen that opens, use the Search field to find the recording you need.

    Tip: Narrow results with filters, for example, combine Team and Score to quickly find targeted recordings.

  4. Click a recording to open it.

Manage a recording

Click Moreand choose one of the following:

  • Share: Copy a link to share with your team.

  • Download: Save the recording as Audio or download as Text.

  • Add to playlist: Collect examples for coaching or onboarding.

  • Change status: Mark the sales outcome to Won or Not won.

  • Transcription language: Switch the language of the transcript:

    •  English

    • Spanish

    • French.

  • Delete recording: Remove the recording from your account.

Review recording details in Field Pro

Review the Summary

In the Summary tab, you’ll see an AI-generated overview of the call, including services offered, customer concerns, accepted work, and suggested next steps. Each item links directly to the matching point in the transcript, so you can quickly jump to the most important moments without listening to the entire call.

Review the Transcript

Click the Transcript tab next to Summary to view the full conversation.

  • Click any section to play that part of the call.

  • Highlight text to add public or private comments.

Tip: Use bookmarks to jump straight to key events and save time.

View job details

In the side panel of the recording detail screen, click Show Job Details and the Job Details flyout opens. Review key job information and access links to the two most recent customer recordings for quick comparison.

View scorecards for the recording

Use the scorecards to evaluate the call across three areas. Each area shows its weight and the score for this recording.

Note: Scorecards and their weights are set up for your account during onboarding and may vary based on your setup.

  • Skills

    • Building rapport

    • Finding a compelling need

    • Objection handling

    • Closing

  • Communication

    • Speaker share

    • Pacing

Click a scorecard section to view the score breakdown and metric descriptions. Each metric links to the exact moment in the transcript with a time stamp you can jump to.

Ask Field Pro

Use Ask Field Pro to analyze the transcript and get answers to specific questions about the conversation. Select a suggested question or enter your question, then click Send. Answers are based on the transcript and include direct references for context.

Example questions to ask:

  • What could the technician improve?

  • How did the technician handle the objection?

Review comments

Use the Comments tab to see all feedback on a recording and reply to threads. Click any comment to jump to that exact spot in the transcript or reply to keep the discussion going.

To create a new comment:

  1.  Highlight text in the transcript to add a new comment.

  2. Choose whether to make it Public or Private.

  3. Click Send .

Estimates

Use the Estimates tab to see all estimates linked to the job and review their details. Click any estimate in the list to open and view more information.
