Halftime is an AI-powered coaching tool in the Field Pro app. In the middle of a job, you can review a summary of your conversation, including missed discovery questions and suggested next steps, before returning to the customer.

Account configuration for Field Pro and office setup are required to use this feature. Please contact your office for details.
Things to know
Halftime is only supported when recording through the Field Pro app.
You must be on Field Pro app version 12.0.4 or later to access Halftime. If you are on an earlier version, update your app through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). After updating, close and reopen the Field Pro app to receive the latest over-the-air updates.
Halftime is available during active appointments where call recording is enabled. It does not appear for non-recording sessions.
Halftime works with Rep Companion, another AI coaching feature in the Field Pro app. Rep Companion provides post-appointment insights, while Halftime provides mid-appointment coaching. For more, see Use Rep Companion in the Field Pro app.
Use cases
You are midway through a service call and step away to check equipment. Halftime provides a quick summary highlighting a missed question about the customer's budget.
A new technician uses Halftime during their first week to build confidence with real-time coaching prompts, helping them learn the sales process faster.
Receive mid-appointment coaching with Halftime
During an active recorded appointment in the Field Pro app, Halftime automatically provides a mid-appointment coaching check-in.
Open the Field Pro app.
Start recording conversations in the Field Pro app.
When Halftime detects an appropriate moment during your appointment, a Halftime Report notification appears with the time it was generated.

The Halftime Report contains three expandable sections. Tap any section to expand or collapse it:
Customer Needs: Lists the key needs the customer expressed during the conversation.
Guidance: Provides specific coaching tips based on the conversation.
Closing Plan: Suggests steps for moving the conversation toward a successful close.
Note: The Halftime Report shown reflects the default configuration. The sections and guidance prompts, such as Customer Needs and Closing Plan, can be customized to fit your team's workflow. To set up a custom Halftime Report, reach out to your Pro Product Specialist.

Use Chat with Atlas to ask questions about your conversation in real time. For example, you can ask about specific objections the homeowner raised, request additional talking points, or get suggestions for presenting financing options.
After reviewing the report and refined your approach, return to your appointment with updated talking points and a clearer strategy for closing.
Tip: Halftime works best during natural breaks in the appointment: stepping outside to check the truck, inspecting equipment, or taking a moment to review options with the homeowner.
