Get instant confirmation when estimates are created from spec-based estimate templates: This improvement adds an in-app notification to the Job and Project screens that immediately confirms when spec-based estimate template (SBET) estimates are successfully generated after a form is submitted, so office staff no longer need to manually refresh the browser to verify results. What this means for you:

  • A sales associate submits a spec-based estimate template (SBET) form after completing a roof inspection. A toast notification appears on the Job screen confirming that estimates are ready. The associate selects View Opportunity to review pricing before presenting it to the homeowner — without leaving the screen or refreshing the browser.

  • A sales coordinator processes several SBET submissions from the office. After each submission, the confirmation notification lets the coordinator move on to the next job immediately, without checking the Estimates section manually.

  • An office staff member encounters a failed estimate generation. The error notification appears right away and prompts the staff member to retry the submission or contact support, so the issue is caught before the job moves forward.

Report on insurance claim details in the Job and Estimate datasets in Report Builder: This improvement adds a dedicated Insurance Claim Information section with a number of fields to the Job and Estimate reporting datasets in Report Builder, so admins can track claim details, adjuster contacts, deductibles, and more without leaving ServiceTitan. What this means for you:

  • A roofing company's admin runs a monthly insurance job report to track open claims across the full portfolio. They open Report Builder, select the Job dataset, and add Claim #, Insurance Carrier, Deductible, and Date of Expiration as columns. The report pulls current and historical jobs in a single view — no spreadsheet needed.

  • An office manager preparing for an adjuster follow-up week builds a Job report that includes Adjuster's Name, Adjuster's Phone Number, and Adjuster's Email for all active insurance jobs. The team works directly from the report instead of hunting through individual job records.

  • A business analyst at an exteriors company builds an Estimate report that includes Type of Loss and Date of Loss to track which storm damage claim types convert to booked jobs most often — helping the company fine-tune its insurance sales workflow.

Deactivate and reactivate measurements to keep your measurement data accurate: This improvement lets you deactivate incorrect or outdated measurements on job and location records so only accurate data appears in estimates and reporting. What this means for you:

  • A roofing estimator orders an EagleView measurement for a property but the report returns data for the wrong address. The estimator deactivates that measurement from the job record so it does not appear in the default table view or get used in the roof estimate.

  • A sales manager reviews a location record and finds two GAF QuickMeasure reports for the same property from different dates. The manager deactivates the older report so the crew references only the most current measurement data.

  • After completing a re-roof, an office administrator runs a report and notices a failed measurement order still showing on the job. The administrator deactivates the failed measurement to keep reporting data clean without losing the audit trail.

See only your connected measurement providers when ordering reports: This improvement filters the Order Measurement flyout to display only the measurement providers your business has connected in Settings, reducing confusion and preventing failed order attempts. What this means for you:

  • A roofing contractor has connected only EagleView in Settings. When an estimator opens the Order Measurement flyout on a location record, only EagleView appears. There is no need to scroll past GAF QuickMeasure or Hover options that would fail if selected.

  • A storm restoration company uses both EagleView and GAF QuickMeasure. A technician opens the flyout on the Field Mobile App and sees exactly two providers. They select GAF QuickMeasure and submit the order without confusion.

  • A new exteriors company has not connected any measurement providers yet. When an office employee opens the Order Measurement flyout, an empty state explains that no providers are configured and links directly to the Settings screen to get started.
