See only your connected measurement providers when ordering reports

Prev Next

This improvement filters the Order Measurement flyout to display only the measurement providers your business has connected in Settings, reducing confusion and preventing failed order attempts.

What's changing?

Previously, the Order Measurement flyout displayed all available measurement providers, including EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, and Hover, regardless of whether your business had set them up. This led to confusion when office staff or technicians tried to order from a provider that was not configured, resulting in failed attempts. Now, ServiceTitan checks each provider's connection status when the flyout opens and shows only the providers you have authenticated and connected. Providers that are not configured are fully hidden, not grayed out or disabled. If no providers are connected, the flyout displays an empty state with a link directing you to Settings to configure a provider. This change applies on both the office (web) and Field Mobile App platforms.

  3. View all measurement providers listed in the flyout, including providers your business has not configured.

How it works for your industry

Roofing and Exteriors

  • A roofing contractor has connected only EagleView in Settings. When an estimator opens the Order Measurement flyout on a location record, only EagleView appears. There is no need to scroll past GAF QuickMeasure or Hover options that would fail if selected.

  • A storm restoration company uses both EagleView and GAF QuickMeasure. A technician opens the flyout on the Field Mobile App and sees exactly two providers. They select GAF QuickMeasure and submit the order without confusion.

  • A new exteriors company has not connected any measurement providers yet. When an office employee opens the Order Measurement flyout, an empty state explains that no providers are configured and links directly to the Settings screen to get started.

How to prepare?

  1. Have an administrator reach out to Support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to confirm the roofing measurement integrations configuration is enabled for your account.

  2. Confirm that your measurement provider integrations (EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, or Hover) are connected and authenticated in Settings. If you have not connected a provider, navigate to Settings > Integrations to configure one.

  3. Review which providers your team actively uses. Disconnect any providers you no longer need so the flyout displays only relevant options.

  4. Inform your office staff and technicians that the Order Measurement flyout will now show only connected providers. If they do not see a provider they expect, direct them to an administrator to verify the connection in Settings.
