Overview
This improvement corrects how ServiceTitan stores and displays arrival windows for companies with users or customer locations in different time zones.
What's changing?
Previously, when the UseTenantTimeZone configuration was turned off, arrival windows could be displayed with the wrong times. This happened because ServiceTitan showed the arrival window based on the user's time zone, instead of the time zone set for your account. The mismatch also affected arrival windows generated by capacity planning tools such as Adjustable Capacity Planning (ACP) and Adaptive Capacity. Now, arrival windows are always stored relative to your company's tenant time zone. When a job is booked or an appointment is edited by a user in a different time zone, ServiceTitan converts the arrival window for display only. The stored arrival window always matches the template defined in Settings.
For example, if your company time zone is Eastern and you define a 2-4 PM arrival window in Settings, a user in Pacific time now sees that window displayed as 11 AM-1 PM. The stored value stays 2-4 PM Eastern, matching the defined template.

How to prepare
If your company has users across multiple time zones, and you have UseTenantTimeZone turned off, review your current arrival window settings in Settings > Operations > Arrival Windows to confirm the defined windows reflect the times you intend in your company's tenant time zone.
Business Unit-specific Arrival Windows can be created to account for time zone differences across different areas of your business.
