Enhancements and fixes

  • Display Location Name on Job Cards: Commercial contractors can now configure the app to show service location names instead of customer names on job cards and job details. Technicians serving multi-site accounts can instantly see where they're headed without having to open the full job.

  • Streamlined Signature Experience: Work Authorization and Customer Review & Acknowledgment signatures are now faster and require fewer taps. Customers sign directly within the agreement screen rather than being taken to a separate signature screen. A full screen signature box is available, and rotating the phone to landscape provides extra signing room for a more natural signing experience.

  • Attach Estimates When Sending an Invoice: When sending an invoice to a customer, technicians can now select and attach related estimates as PDFs in the same action—eliminating the need for a separate send or manual follow-up from the office.

  • Improved Add Item from Pricebook Experience: Adding items from the pricebook now gives clearer feedback. A checkmark confirmation appears plus an animation of the item moving into a cart, when an item is added, along with a subtle haptic response, so technicians can move quickly without second-guessing whether items were captured.

  • Copy & Paste on Read-Only Text: Technicians can now long-press to select and copy any text displayed in the app — including job summaries, notes, customer info, equipment details, and invoice line items—and paste it wherever they need it.

  • Work Summary View/Edit Permission: Administrators can now control whether technicians are able to view and edit work summaries on jobs. When restricted, the work summary field will not be visible to the technician in the app, keeping access aligned with each team's workflow.

  • Auto-Skip "Perform Work" Prompt Based on Job Type: When a job type is set with a default estimate sold action (Perform Work Now or Perform Work Later), the app now automatically follows that setting when an estimate is sold—no more manual selection required on every job.
