Problem

You cannot find the phone number a customer called from in your system.

Solution

Use the Modular Dashboard reporting to find the call details.

Check the Call Metrics

  1. Go to the ServiceTitan Modular Dashboard.

  2. Check the Call Metrics section.

  3. Look for the previous call details to find the customer's phone number.
