Problem
You need to find a call recording for a certain phone number, but it is not associated with the customer's account and is not showing up in the search results.
Solution
Go to the navigation bar and click Search.
Change the filter to Call.
Enter the phone number you are looking for in the Number Dialed field.
If the call recording is associated with a customer, change the Customer field to the customer's name to find the recording.
If the call recording is not associated with a customer, enter the phone number in the Caller field to find the recording.
If the call recording is still not showing up, check that the phone number is correct and that the call was not made from a different number.
If the call recording is still not showing up, contact ServiceTitan Technical Support for further assistance.
Note: You can listen to the call recording by clicking on the headset icon on the search result.
