How to Find the Number that Dials Out from ServiceTitan

Problem

You have a customer who has blocked your number when you call through ServiceTitan. You need to find out what number is blocked so that the customer can unblock it.

Solution

1. Go to a customer's account in ServiceTitan.

2. Click on the customer's phone number to initiate the click-to-call.

3. Your phone is going to ring so look at the number that is calling you and that is the number that is dialing out from ServiceTitan.

4. If your phone does not have caller ID, change the office phone number under your own profile to your cell phone.

5. Repeat steps 1 through 3.        

   Note: Any number listed under the Phone Number column in the Outbound SMS, Outbound MMS, and Set Forwarding Number sections could be used as the number that dials out from ServiceTitan.
