By following these steps, you request a bulk update for the recurring service for active customer memberships.

1. Get in touch with Technical Support to confirm that the changes can be made on the backend. Once confirmed that the change can be made, move on to the next step.

2. Identify all customer accounts that need the update. You need a list of customer names, IDs, their membership name/ID, and the recurring service name/ID.

3. Prepare a file in Excel or CSV format. Include the details from step 2 in this file.

4. Send an email to ServiceTitan support, attaching the file you prepared in step 3.

5. This sends your request to ServiceTitan to update the memberships in bulk from the backend.
