What is the process for mass rescheduling recurring services for memberships?

Problem

Users cannot mass reschedule recurring services directly in ServiceTitan.

Solution

ServiceTitan does not support the mass rescheduling of recurring services directly through the user interface. Instead, you will need to do the following to request a mass rescheduling through the ServiceTitan team:

  1. Prepare detailed information about the rescheduling needs. This includes the new dates, customer names, etc., and any specific requirements for the rescheduling.

  2. Email the request with the details to Technical Support.

ServiceTitan will then work with you to get this accomplished.
