Problem
ServiceTitan does not allow users to bulk-add memberships to customers directly from the user interface (UI). This requires a special process involving submitting a file to ServiceTitan's team.
Solution
Prepare your list of customers and memberships. Make sure to include customer IDs and the memberships you want to add for each customer.
Once your list is ready, contact support via email informing them of your request.
Wait for an email from ServiceTitan. They will send it to the email address you provided.
After receiving the email, reply with your prepared list attached and any additional information or action requests from technical support.
ServiceTitan's team will update the memberships based on the information you provided in the file.
Remember, the file must have all the details correctly listed for the update to be successful. This process allows you to add memberships to multiple customers at once without manually updating each customer's profile in ServiceTitan.
