Problem
When booking a call for a customer with a balance, a warning pop-up that says "Warning: this customer has a balance of $39.98" usually appears. However, this warning does not show up when using the Follow Up tab to book a recurring service event.
Solution
Unfortunately, there is no way to include this pop-up warning for a customer balance on the Recurring Service Events section of the Follow Up tab. ServiceTitan does not support displaying balance warnings in this specific section.
