Problem
Dispatch needs to know when to reach out to a client for their due membership service. ServiceTitan does not automatically notify dispatch.
Solution
Currently, ServiceTitan does not send you automatic reminders for these upcoming events. It's a good idea to check the Follow Up tab or create a scheduled report to know what recurring service events are upcoming.
Check Follow Up tab
Go to the navigation bar > Follow Up > Recurring Service Events. This helps find members who have upcoming services to schedule.
Check this section daily to see which recurring events require scheduling.
Go to the navigation bar > Reports > All Reports.
Find one of these reports:
Location Recurring Service with Invoice Template Details.
Location Recurring Service Detail Report.
Recurring Services by Aging Equipment.
Select the report and click Calendar
.Choose between scheduling a Simple Report and a Flexible Report.
On the Add Details screen that opens, enter the information that applies to the scheduled report and click Next.
On the Select Recipients screen that opens, add the team members you want to receive the report and click Next.
On the Select Cadence screen that opens, set up the frequency of your scheduled report and click Schedule.
Note: You can check in with your Success Manager to confirm if you can set up a reminder for your customers about their upcoming Recurring Service Events using Marketing Pro campaigns.
