When a technician calls through ServiceTitan, the call goes directly to their voicemail box instead of ringing.

The steps below help walk you though various reasons why the calls are going straight to voicemail. Most commonly, this is due to poor cell reception.
Steps to resolve
Add the outbound caller ID as a contact in your phone. This action replaces the caller ID for the number and whitelists it.
If you used to receive SMS from this number, check your phone. Make sure notifications are not turned off. Also, check that the number wasn't blocked in the SMS conversation.
Look through your phone for any apps that block spam calls. Make sure none are installed.
If you have an iOS device, check if Focus Mode is on. If it is, turn it off.
If you have an Android device, check if Do Not Disturb mode is on. If it is, turn it off.
Verify you are in an area with good reception and free from any physical barriers or enclosed spaces which can affect the call signal.
If you have tried all the above steps and the issue persists, consider resetting your device. This step helps determine whether the problem is with your device or your cell carrier.
