Set up a Forwarding Number in ServiceTitan

Problem

You want to set up a forwarding number for a specific phone number in ServiceTitan and also want to know if call whispers are available.

Solution

1. Go to Settings > Phone > Phone Numbers.

2. Click the Filter icon located next to the phone number.

3. Put the last 4 digits of the phone number you want to forward under the Contains field.

4. Click Filter.

5. Place the mouse on the phone number you want to forward.

6. Click the Pencil icon.

7. Turn off the toggle for Use Default Number.

8. Put the new forwarding number in the Set Forwarding Number field.

9. Save the changes.

Note: If you want to distinguish the call as you pick up your phone, contact your phone provider to arrange call whispers.
