Problem
The technician cannot use the click-to-call option. All calls are directed to the voicemail, and the mobile device does not ring.
Solution
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Check if the company phone number is blocked on the technician's mobile device
Go to the technician's mobile device settings.
Find and open the list of blocked numbers.
Look for the company's phone number in the list.
If you find the company's phone number, remove it from the blocked list.
After unblocking the number, test the click-to-call function again in ServiceTitan.
Change the technician's mobile number in ServiceTitan to a test number temporarily
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side menu, click People > Technicians.
Click Edit
to view and edit the technician profile information.In the Contact Information section, change the Mobile Phone number.
Try making a call using the click-to-call function to see if it works with the test number.
If the call goes through with the test number, the issue is likely with the technician's phone number.
If the call doesn't go through with the test number, document and contact ServiceTitan Technical Support for further assistance.
