Office employees need to know how to make links in text messages clickable.
Solution
Workflows to Resolution
Go to Settings > Communications > Customer Notifications.
Click Booking Confirmations > Customize.
Enter the URL you want to make clickable directly into the body of the message.

Click Save at the top of the screen.
By following these steps, the link you add will automatically become clickable in the text message, thanks to the phone provider's default settings.
