Problem
The CSR team does not receive notifications when new bookings are made through the Scheduling Pro scheduler.
Solution
Add an alert
To ensure you get notified when a job is booked through Scheduling Pro, you need to set up an alert.
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Integrations > Alerts.
Click Add to create a new alert.

Select Booked Job as the Type.
Select your CSR's names from the Recipients dropdown list.
Select Scheduling Pro from the Tags dropdown.
Note: By default, the scheduler applies a Scheduling Pro tag to all appointments.
Enter other necessary details as needed.
After you're done, click Save.
