How can I turn on notifications in the Scheduling Pro V2 scheduler to ensure my CSR team is notified when a new booking is completed?

Problem

The CSR team does not receive notifications when new bookings are made through the Scheduling Pro scheduler.

Solution

Add an alert

To ensure you get notified when a job is booked through Scheduling Pro, you need to set up an alert.

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

  2. In the side panel, click Integrations > Alerts.

  3. Click Add to create a new alert. 

  4. Select Booked Job as the Type.

  5. Select your CSR's names from the Recipients dropdown list.

  6. Select Scheduling Pro from the Tags dropdown.        

    Note: By default, the scheduler applies a Scheduling Pro tag to all appointments.

  7. Enter other necessary details as needed.

  8. After you're done, click Save.
