Customers who booked jobs through Scheduling Pro aren't receiving notifications, even though notifications are enabled.

To resolve customer notification issues, test customer notifications and ensure customer emails are added to the whitelist

Test customer notifications

  1. Book a test job through Scheduling Pro.

  2. Check if you receive the booking notification.

Whitelist customer emails

Go to your email system settings and add customer email addresses to the whitelist.

This may resolve notification issues for some customers.
